My name is Stacey George. I am a graphic designer, an illustrator, an amateur photographer, and I play a mean ukulele. I have a son named Griffin and we live in Massachusetts with two cats named Tiki and Ollie and an embarrassing number of Converse sneakers.
I have over ten years industry experience. My resumé is chock full of Boston’s finest corporations, universities, design firms, bio-techs, the occasional band of urban hipsters, and a craft brewery. I like variety, challenging projects, and regular paychecks. I don’t like horror movies, or generic brand Cheeze-its.
I grew up in Medford, Massachusetts, went to college “Down South,” lived on an island off the coast of Seattle, worked on L St. in Washington D.C., and ended up right back where I started from—give or take a few miles. I earned my BFA in illustration from the Savannah College of Art in Design, graduating cum laudé in 1993. As graphic designer with an illustrator’s eye, my approach is informed by a desire to tell a story in a way that is visually compelling and clearly communicates your message.
I specialize in providing soup to nuts communications solutions for small to mid-sized companies as well as professional and reliable print and web production for design studios and large corporations. To find out how I can help with your next project, drop me an line for a consultation.
